Anniversary stay
The room was very comfortable and roomy. The only complaint we had was the hot water didn’t get very warm for showers. Everything else was great. The breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay again.

Service by staff at reception desk and staff serving in the breakfast room in the bar and dining room were wonderful! The food was excellent.. prepared by the chef with beautiful attention to presentation. One thing did give my husband a problem. He face broke out into a rash and swelling under his eyes when he used the skin lotion from the bathroom. He did seek medical attention at a nearby walk-in clinic. The hotel staff did offer compensation when they learned about what happened to him.

Not the Embassy Suites I know!
This hotel was NOT up to the standards of other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at between the West and the East for over 30 years. The elevator was old. There were 2 loose dogs running around and one even scared a lady at the pool when it went up to her and barked. Although there were no instructions, I learned I had to hold down the toilet handle for 10-12 seconds in order to flush the toilet and they had an issue with the locks on the doors. I can back late one night to find i couldn’t get into my room. I called the front desk and they tried to claim they told everyone at check-in that they would change the locks. The lady was rude and argued with me when I told her I was NOT told this information. I then had to walk all the way to the front desk to pick up another key.

Extremely friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast with made to order omelette station. Comfortable room with plenty of space and a very functional layout. Gym facilities very nice. Really disappointed
Very disappointed! We normally love embassy suites, but this visit broke our hearts. First, our room is so hot! And there is a temperature control on the thermostat and we can not lower the temperature below 68 degree. However, the temperature has not even reached close to 68 degrees in the room. Secondly, our family was in the middle of dinner during happy hour and we were told we had to move out of our table. There are no signs indicating we can not bring outside food and the hotel staff was very rude in barking this order to us. We were told we had to move to the computer area, where there was a small table and my husband had to stand and eat his dinner. Lastly, we don’t mind paying a parking fee in a big city, but there was a completely empty parking lot. And to pay a fee for this kind of service just stings.

Would be 5 star but reserved this location cause Expedia said 24 hours gym - was definitely boomed out that wasn't the case. Plus instructions to find room was horriblly confusing. Office staff says a letter but there there is no letters any where on the buildings. Living room section/kitchen area needs some TLC. Carpet is definitely old and multiple stains plus refrigerator was definitely in bad shape. And property says smoke free but so many ruid guest still smoking close to the elevators. And tons of cigarettes in the parking lot laying around:-(

Upgrade..
This is our usual stay of choice, but the last year or two the rooms have really worn down, rowdy people in the back that I don't think security or front desk address. I don't think these are people staying at the hotel. Upgrades need to be made for the prices, our bathroom toilet had issues, not flushing well, reported it and no one came by. Shower head going into the wall needs upgrade. Only thing I would give an 8 is the food, but we will stay again. Make changes for your customers.
