"In general we were quite happy to have the option with the "automated" check-in. It went very easily, however it took me 40min and a lot of communication forth and back to get it organized. Good here, was that "someone" was promptly available to chat/write emails to me and tried to send me the link for the online check-in which is pre-requisite to get the entry code. "Perfect located, can't be more central. Have been here several times. Be aware though that you might get a room towards "Frederiksgade" and there is 2 supermarkets getting deliveries extremely early in the morning and that is giving significant noise (if you are very sensitive about that). Rooms are great, breakfast is fine. Easy parking in the basement. Be aware in the parking, that the payment is covering exactly 24 hours - meaning that if you let your car stay longer you need to pay for it. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffets were excellent. The fitness centre is small but well-equipped. The onsite parking was convenient. The rooms, however, failed to meet our expectations. The safe didn’t work, the hairdryer was too weak to dry hair, the conditioner container in the shower was empty, there was no mini-fridge and there was a permanent dark ring in the bathroom sink.
