"Great staff, elegant facility. Be aware that english is a little rough or not existent with some overnight staff. (thats ok with us). We enjoyed the relative proximity to bodegas and Hwy 7 (mountain access). The kitchen amenities/utensils, tools etc are pretty sparse but we made due with simple dinners for 4 nights. Breakfast served to room! Loved the corner room with two sliders to a great balcony with great views. Would stay here again. Had a strange situation with the shower splashing...

"O hotel é bom. Estavam em reforma quando fui. As camas e o quarto foi otimo! Só o banheiro que precisavam da uma reformada também. Estava limpo e certinho, mas a ducha não era boa e a cortina para fechar também não. Café da manhã carece de mais opções salgadas e ovos. De resto tudo certo. "

"This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "
