"Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered. "

"Everything was very satisfactory. The staff was professional, the room clean, the location very well connected. Maybe the room was a bit cool. A dehumidifier or a stronger dehumidifier might keep the room dry without cooling it down so much. Even when are switched off the aircon, the room stayed cool"
"The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive. "
