Pésimo servicio

Lamentablemente tuve una experiencia horrible al llegar ... Primero no coincidía lo contratado con lo entregado, indicaba que mantenía elementos básicos de baño y lo único que entregan es jabón ¿Ellos se labaran el pelo con jabón?..... Partiendo por la base que no es un hotel es una casa, considerando que al comprar indicaba que incluía desayuno y al llegar el dueño (un falta de respeto) se mofaba de lo que exigimos. Le mostré lo contratado porque lo llevaba impreso no lo quiso leer, la cama king que se menciona al comprar tampoco es king es chica y por último se corta el agua cada cierto rato, por ende, uno no se puede lavar ni bañar a cualquier hora Pésimo servicio entregado como turistas y 2 horas de mal rato exigiendo lo contratado

De host was vriendelijk maar was onze reservering vergeten. De kamer was klein maar voldeed, helaas viel de water druk steeds weg en er was geen WiFi aanwezig terwijl dit wel stond aangegeven.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour par cet hôtel. Nous avions eu jusqu'alors un accueil chaleureux dans tous les autres établissements .L'accueil nous a paru très froid, la chambre très petite, 2 immenses escaliers avec de grosses valises à monter . Personne pour nous aider … Batisse vétuste et sale, nous avons renoncer à y passer la nuit.

Stayed 4 nights. About 1.5 miles from Old Havana on top floor of an old appartment block in residential area. Doesn't do meals other than breakfast, but close to restaurants. Friendly, but little English spoken. Very clean and basic 5-room b&b, with en-suite shower rooms. Functional air-con and fridge in room. Water goes off occasionally (well it's Cuba!). Plug sockets mixed European/US.

Gastgeber zuvorkommend. Nettes, saubres und sicheres Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Bad und Kühlschrank und Safe. Genial für den Preis. Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet und lecker. Zwar geht man zu Fuß ca eine Stunde bis in die Altstadt bekommt man hier ein echtes Havanna zu Gesicht. Sehr interessant. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great location, property, amazing host! Only stayed one night. Shower did not work when needed as water seemed to be turned off. Would go back again but would learn a little Spanish first as host does not speak any English. Was fun trying to communicate through charades though!
