Highly recommended to book the premium suites. They are more spacious and have an amazing bathroom/shower. Biggest con was the buffet food. There was a lot of options but the food was not flavored the best. Loved that the beach was so close to our suite. Loved the entertainment crew on the resort; they had us lit and apart of every event during our stay. We will be back!

The food wasn't good at all and the rooms didn't give a 'resort' look and feel at all. I had stains on my towels and many issues with the air conditioning working within my room. The best part of the resort was the beach and the convenient locations of the bars around the resort.

The resort is very beautiful with a great view on the beach,the room is big and clean, but the WiFi did not work ,for kids they don’t have much activities the buffet staff most of them they are very rude and they don’t speak English .With few words the place is beautiful but the people not much .Not all of them but most of them .

OMG I just returned to America and I just day I look forward to returning with my family! This was a solo trip and I really enjoyed the experience!! My room over exceeded my expectations!! Corner unit with a Jacuzzi on the beach.... PERFECT for me!!! I am so happy🌴

I will not be back. There was a dispute about the stupid towel card that I never used. They charged me $30.00 US dollars for a towel card went missing from the room. How ridiculous and cheap can you get. I sure hope you realize that this cost the Impressive resort a customer. Further more the food was bland, restaurants were terrible for example I went to the Tapas restaurant for a dried bun with dried up meat, stale and sweaty cheese and a bowl of pickled onions, this resort should be condemned Yuck! The internet was spotty and we lost power for a few hours. I paid extra to stay in the Premium side, what a joke! As stated before i won't be back and if you enjoy the Dominican stay elsewhere.

Spur of the moment & only saw neg reviews after booking. don't know what they were talking about! Lovely well maintained resort w/ great staff & perfect ocean. Front desk did suggest an upgrade from "ocean view" to "ocean front". Not expensive & well worth it. Food is what one expects in the Caribbean, but plenty of very fresh veggies. A solid 4 star resort at 3 star prices.

The place is really nice and clean the food amazing room services was great, the pool super clean, beach view amazing. I did enjoy my stay, however there were a few issues: the in-room mini bar is not a mini bar. It included 2 mini Coors Lights, pop, and water. Room service either delivered late or not at all. Too many people stopping you to purchase excursions inside the resort. Noisy construction next to our buioding all day for our entire stay.

The resort was beautiful but very chintzy. Could not get a cocktail in the restaurants even though we were all inclusive. Employees were rude and most did not speak English. Could not get ice in the room unless you went down to the bar and retrieved some yourself. Food was terrible.

Good location, polite, kind staff and nice landscaping with beautiful ocean view BUT the resorts’s bedroom interiors are very disappointed, like beds are very uncomfortable! The room in general has a terrible smell like old, humidity, it has old furniture, dirty, stained dining chairs, mattresses, sofas, chairs, sheets and towels are very old and rough on the skin, too. I had to book another place at ‘TRS Cana Hotel’ to stay the rest of my vacation. I definitely don’t recommend to stay at this place called ‘Impressive Premium resort’
