We had a wonderful stay at this casa. Very comfortable, safe, clean, with lovely views from the terrace above, and perfect hospitality and responsiveness from staff. The location also can't be beat. LGBTQ travellers will appreciate the walking distance to El Mejunje, a great venue of and for Santa Clara's vibrant queer community. Beautiful city, beautiful guesthouse - mil gracias!

El hostal Amalia es una gran opción en Santa Clara, su ubicación es muy buena, al lado del Parque Vidal, la parte más céntrica de la ciudad. En esta plaza es sencillo encontrar transporte para otros lugares de interés que quedan más apartados. Las habitaciones del hostal tienen muy buen tamaño y el baño está muy completo, todo muy limpio. El hostal cuenta con una maravillosa terraza en la que se puede tomar el desayuno tranquilamente. Lo mejor es la atención de su personal, ya que son atentos y muy amables, dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda relativa al alojamiento y a la visita en la ciudad. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable en la estancia en Santa Clara

The location is great. Very close to the main square. It is also very comfortable and clean. The staff speaks good English. When I arrived I was received by Andy that gave me a map of the city and explained about the main points. He also pointed good places to eat. Love it!

Hotel bien situé dans santa clara, près de la place centrale, independencia boulevard etc... les restaurants sont de meilleures qualités (et moins chers!) qu’à la Havane. Cependant les 2 sites touristiques (monument du Che, musée du train) sont éloignés. Même comme ça une demie journee suffit largement pour en faire le tour
