Perfect location to hospitals, eating options, chemists and supermarkets. The TV wasn’t working in my room so I contacted reception. Peter was incredibly helpful and tried to fix the issue which was not successful. Peter went to great efforts to change me to a different room which was perfect. As a single female traveller I felt very safe staying here. Well positioned for easy travelling into Sydney by Tram or bus. Room was well equipped and very clean. Nearby food shops and plenty of great places to grab a coffee.

Arrival was unremarkable. When an emergency happened at the hotel. There was no representation from hotel, no one helping relocate people. No communication and not answering phone. Very short and rude when did actually reach the person. Difficult to reach the person available 24/7. Emergency services had to direct people where to go. Hotel staff never followed up. Thankfully Expedia helped and relocated to another hotel.
