The hotel was beautiful in a very convenient location that was walkable and in the middle of everything. The hotel was impeccable and the staff was top notch from check in to breakfast to valet to turn down service. I love the general open area for sitting. Not only is the property absolutely fabulous, Raul and his staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and the hotel restaurant for dinner was a great option - however there are many incredible restaurants in walking distance. You will not regret a stay at this hotel!

Amazing service 10/10. Staff was so attentive to detail and great value for what you get, valet parking, breakfast, and service. Everything can be done on the WhatsApp chat. Excellent poolside service. I even left my iPad on a table it was turned it in. Owner came by and said hello. Breakfast was amazing - no buffet, you order off the menu. Location is excellent and central. Juan, Gener, the entire reception staff were great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff arranged a magnificent welcome in our room plus a surprise gift upon leaving. All the personalized notes made our occasion unforgettable. We will definitely be back and maybe with friends.

A Slice of Historic Mexico

Mansion Merida is like stepping into a slice of historic Mexico. The home is perfectly situated in the Centro, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The owner, Raul, whose grandfather built the historic home, was very welcoming and kind. The dining, housekeeping, and reception staff were all very helpful and professional. We will definitely look to stay here again on a future visit.

My wife and i stayed here for three nights, and it was like a dream. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located just a block from Merida's main plaza on its own little picturesque square. Service was excellent; everyone made us feel at home. I must also mention breakfast in the courtyard - one of the best dining experiences we had in a city that takes great (and well-deserved) pride in its cuisine. The huevos mansión may be the best variation of eggs benedict I've ever had.

Every thing about hotel was a first class experience. The room furnishings, the meals and especially the caring and competent staff. Couldn’t have been treated better if we were royalty.
