We had an issue with our first cabin which staff were very quick and helpful in trying to address. Our first night was uncomfortable and when the electrical issue was taking considerable time to resolve the management staff moved us, upgraded us and allowed us an extra night. Cannot recommend them highly enough / fabulous park, wonderful staff - thank you

Firstly our accommodation was not what you advertised on your app. (Premium accommodation ) standard accomadation supplied Second (no power) due to lighting strike that wasn't fixed for 24hrs. The whole of Evans Head was down this happened 3hrs in to our stay. Third we had no (phone service) to call you to see what we could do and maybe get credit for our trip. We actualy had power 6pm Monday to 10am tuesday day. To sum up our trip totaly ruined for start to finish, and every shop was closed for this time we were there. Darryl
