This was my third stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing. During both my recent stay and a previous visit, I forgot an item in my room, and they promptly mailed it to me after finding it. The hotel also has a gym open for 24 hours and close to parks if you want to go out for a run.

It used to be much better value for money. No ironing board and the hot water pressure keeps fluctuating causing spouts of cold and very hot water running down the shower. We booked a room with city view, but they tried at first to give us a room at the back until I complained. The service is terrible and all the staff is concerned with is to collect tips. They want to carry your bags up to the room inorder to get tips. Not very professional.
