A fantastic spacious room when rooms often small or compromised in Europe. Very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Huge balcony! Staff fantastic. Especially concierge Shannooth who parked our car, moved bags & got us a new room when first not to our standard. Hectic city spoiled by horrible smog.

Otelin içinde berbat bi rutubet kokusu , duvarlar soyulmuş karanlık basık boğuk bi otel. Halıların üzerinde çamurlar yatak başlığının rengi simsiyah olmuş berbat bi oteldi. Sırf o gün zaman yoktu diye kalmak zorundaydım

Çalışanlar çok soğuk davranıyor. İnsan misafirine bi güler yüzle bekler! Ayrıca hotelin odasında bırakılan ‘mini bar’ yiyecekler için hiçbir not yazılmayıp çıkarken odanın fiyatın yarısını neredeyse bizden aldılar. Konum olarak iyi sadece. Koridorda tuvalet kokusu vardı, asansorla da en üst kata bile çıkamadık. Bir defa gittik bir daha gitmeyiz! Tavsiye de etmem. Güzel Bursa’mızın o fıyatta çok daha güzel hotelleri var.
