AMAZING!!
This hotel is amazing would highly recommend this to anyone going to val thoren ! The staff were brilliant and nothing was an issue - they sorted ski hire ,ski passes and even when our transfer cancelled on our return they sorted us a different one at 5am just outstanding service . We ate in the Italian every night and the girls in the restaurant were just the best . Tbh I could rave on and on about this hotel and cannot wait to get back next year

This was one of the best ski in / out hotels I’ve ever stayed. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurants were great to eat. The wine and cocktails were on the high price but very much worth it.

Exceptional staff and service levels. Very useful on-call shuttle around the town. Well located at the bottom of the piste with convenient ski locker room. Well run spa and outdoor heated pool.

Lovely hotel with an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, the front desk, the concierge and the hotel shuttle in and out of town were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, better than any other ski hotel I have used previously. The spa and gym facilities were also significantly better than any other I have used. The bedroom was quiet, comfortable and the little touches such as a wide range of movies on the telly made the holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely use this hotel again

Excellent hotel. The rooms are amazing and the location is perfect (bottom on the village, so easy to access by car and not far to walk to the main restaurants/shops). The staff is extremely helpful and responsive, and the breakfasts are to die for! Would definitely stay here again. Only small negative is that the pool and hot tub are not hot enough. The pool goes outside and is a beautiful setting, but the water is luke warm at best.

Die Bewertung bei Hotels.com entspricht absolut nicht der Realität. Eine Bewertung von 8,0 wäre ok. Der Service lässt im Hotels völlig zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht nach einem Kaffee gefragt und beim Abendessen über den Tisch gezogen. Halbpension bedeutet hier du hast 3 Restaurants und 65€ Budget pro Person. Kommst aber bei jedem Essen deutlich darüber. Ein Aperol kostet bspw. 18€. Solche Preise existieren noch nicht mal in Zermatt. Im Bad riecht es nach Urin und die Zimmer sind an sich nicht sehr gepflegt. Auch der Wellness Bereich erinnert mehr an eins in die Jahre gekommenes Schwimmbad. Das Hotel ist absolut Nix zu zu empfehlen für den Preis. Eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit 8,0 Bewertung

Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts.

Un hôtel super agréable et idéalement placé pour accéder aux pistes de Sky. La chambre est assez confortable. L’hôtel a 3 restaurants mais malheureusement à midi seulement un fonctionne donc le choix pour le déjeuner est restreint. Le petit déjeuner est assez basique spécialement pour le choix des fruits. Le service est très agréable. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accommodant vos besoins. Le soir le bar est super sympathique il y a même de la musique live. Bref un bel endroit un fait plaisir d’y passer une semaine
