Bellevue is very gentrified and car-centric. Though much more walkable than most car-centered cities like San Jose, it still has unsafe things like having pedestrian request buttons uncomfortably close to freeway entrances. Also, nothing is cheap.

There's many restaurants to try and shopping is within distance of one another, which is convenient for us travelers who aren't around the area. Bellevue is one of the cleanest cities to visit.

The eating is good, but anti-blackness is universal. Local immigrant cultures strive for an American ideal which is whiteness. A basic proponent is deciding Blackness is unworthy. My value system is to support mom&pop shops, but to what detriment?

The booming-est of fast-grown Seattle suburbs, but with its own historic town and pockets of shops + a close-in historic garden that is non-fussy and offers a lovely spot for a walk.

Great place for kiddos and families and animals. You can't go wrong with Bellevue Way lots to do.
"Room was great, area was convenient for our trips purpose. The check is different I booked almost 6 months in advance and requested early check in when I reserved. We arrived an hour before check in, and asked for our room, the front desk employee had an attitude and just seemed mostly annoyed she told us we would have to wait til 4 no big deal, but attitude was also not necessary. My foot is broken and I was using a knee scooter. When we finally were able to check she sent us to a room at the back of the hotel, which is fine, but when I asked the easiest way to get there she directed me on a path which required stairs. Slightly frustrating check in experience. Other than that the room was great, beds were comfy. "
"Mediterranean Inn has excellent staff who are very willing to assist wherever needed and very courteous. It is a busy facility but everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and site seeing options."
"The staff person Jason and Brian were cery kind . Helped me check in easily without any hassles . Very informative with times for breakfast and using certain fucilities, Definitely will be coming to this hotel for trips ."
