Can’t find where to enter
First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

La mejor ubicación en al Ciudad de México, cerca de mazaryk, polanco y condesa, si piensan caminar no hay mejor ubicación que la de OYÓ; el personal muy amable y el hotel muy bonito también, lo recomiendo bastante.

Muy buena ubicación. El cuarto tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo único que mejoraría es agregar una colcha en épocas de frío, contestar al whatsapp que ponen en recepción, mejorar las puertas para que no entre el ruido de recepción y el mejorar el wi-fi porque aunque llegaba a la habitación para la computadora, mi celular no lo detectaba.

Cobro erróneo
En el hotel nadie nos abrió, las llamadas fueron inútiles y no pudimos comunicarnos. No nos pudimos alojar ahí y tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel más lejos porque nos movió todos los planes esta situación. Además de eso, me están reteniendo el dinero de mi tarjeta. Trato de comunicarme a servicio al cliente pero por ningún lado logró hacerlo para enter esta aclaración. Me podrían apoyar con este caso por favor? Y devolver el dinero que se cobró inadecuadamente. Muchas gracias.

Una super opción en esa zona
La ubicación precio en la zona me pareció incomparable. La atención de la recepción con Leo fue muy buena. El detalle del café para clientes se agradece. Las instalaciones bonitas, acceso con alta seguridad, camas muy confortables. Mi cuarto se encontraba en planta baja. Lo único que no me gustó fue que cuando sonaba el timbre suena alto y estruendoso y me despertaba y que todo lo que se habla en recepción se escucha en el cuarto así como de manera inversa debe serlo también. Incluso alcanzamos a escuchar de otro cuarto.

An absolute 10!!
When i booked the hotel, for a while i was considering cancelling after reading some of the comments. But this new hotel absolutely deserves a 10. I was welcomed by very friendly staff, smooth check in and the room was comfortable and clean. I had a very good rest. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again! And not to forget, excellent location in a very safe and quiet area within walking distance everything

No es lo que esperaba pero estoy satisfecho
Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que nuestra reservación si estaba hecha pero como no habíamos pagado pues mi reserva no la respetaron y la recepcionista nos dijo que una disculpa pero que no tenía donde hospedarnos; a lo cual le dijimos que nos diera una solución no solamente nos dijera que una disculpa. Total que la chica (muy servicial y muy amable) nos ofreció una habitación a la cual la chapa no le servía, la habitación quedaría abierta sin chapa, solo con la puerta emparejada. Nosotros ya para no seguir discutiendo y perdiendo el tiempo aceptamos la habitación con la condición de que se hicieran 100% responsables si algo le pasaba a nuestras cosas. Al final de todo pues si nos hospedamos ahí, se nos respetó el precio y todo pero recomiendo si van a reservar paguen la reserva, porque luego no la respetan.
