Look no further, this is hands down the best hotel in the Walled City for price and location. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I have finally found the best Hotel for all of my needs, and at a price that no other hotel can match!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Place looks great but has a musty odor. Walls are paper thin, staff was super kind to find me a new room to get me away from a screeching child. Place looks beautiful but could use better sound proofing. Breakfast was nothing special but did the trick. Solid bang for the buck in the middle of everything.

Central location lots of shops and restaurants close by, a few unsavoury characters on the block with the hotel,, and the wifi doesn’t reach the lower floors. Great for going out with friends but don’t stay there by yourself. Great pool tho!

Great location of a historical hotel

I spent there 3 nights with my friends during a trip to Colombia. I enjoyed my room. Everything worked well, bed was comfortable, I had a safe and working AC. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Salvator, oscar, Leila and Deyber. Location of the hotel let me enjoy the city walks and reach port for excursions by foot. Airport drive was very short, about 10 minutes.

One of the worst hotels you could stay in Cartagena The rooms smell of mould and are damp Poor soundproofing, you won't fall asleep before the neighbouring bars close Also the pool is empty of water while in the reservation there was the possibility of using the In the guest elevator they put tools and various machines I paid 600€ for 4 days and additionally without asking me they added a tip of 20€ ....Finally due to a change by one day of the flight by the airline, the hotel charge was doubled for no reason The city nice the hotel sucks Do not prefer it !!!!
