The hotel was clean and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. Isabella was very helpful with looking up recommendations for places around town and went above and beyond.

Located in the deep heart of downtown laurels ,Roomz is surrounded by urban culture, bars , clubs and restaurants. My stay at Roomz was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating and the room itself was beautiful. The only downside is that the wi fi would occasionally go out during heavy down pour of rain, but that’s to be expected due to Columbia's climate. The hotel was also located 15 mins away from the university of antiqoua where I went to register for environmental engineering degree. Thank you ROOMZ laurels for your accommodation

Everything was fantastic!!! The staff who are Isabella, Ramiro, ximena and Valentina were past outstanding. So helpful and fun to chat with. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay in the future. Super Job they did.

Loved the room. Modern lighting. Long selve to put suitcase on and to work on a laptop. Bathroom was great with a walk in shower and new fixtures. Also modern lighting. Roomzz is small and quaint. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Staff (Valentina, Ramiro and Isabela) was very friendly and helpful. They accomodated every request. They made me feel at home. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was at my service 24 hrs a day.

Such an amazing place! My bus was really delayed and I had a really late check in but they were super accommodating! The room was beautiful, had everything you could possibly need (including a fully stocked mini bar!) it was so spacious, lovely and clean and the bathroom was great WITH A HOT SHOWER! It’s the little things while you’re travelling! The breakfast nice and could have it in the little cafe or the terrace which was sweet and the area was leafy and lovely - it did have some life and noise to it at night time but it didn’t impact my time there. Thanks for a lovely stay guys!

Add more options for breakfast, dietary restrictions for elderly or fit groups. Have a self service station for water. Give an estimated room service time for clients to be prepared for any unheard knocks. Offer grab and go for after breakfast at customers expense.

Nice area . Very simple but clean room. I don’t like the fact they say king size bed but you got a full bed. Overall the room was very clean and the staff was nice. I hate how much noise you hear all day and night based on the busy street next to the property. It had the basic necessities I needed, which was a clean room and bathroom . I wasn’t there during the days but it was nice to come back to a clean room.

Hotel bom, boa localização, bairro tranquilo mas perto de muitas coisas, o cafe da manhã é servido no quarto e vem frio, basicamente opções de ovos de várias formas pra vc escolher e suco ou café, é o ponto negativo do hotel. No geral bom custo benefício, voltaria a ficar apesar do café ruim.
