Loved the location of this hotel!! Very clean, breakfast good. Staff was very friendly. Convenient to all the tourist sights but in a quiet area. Very good restaurants close by. We took a water taxi from the airport and our stop was conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area with restaurants located nearby. San Marco and the Rialto Bridge are about 20 minute walk at a leisurely pace. We loved staying away from the crowds. Everyone on the staff was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good.

We stayed five nights at this lovely hotel which was situated in a very quiet location. Very spacious rooms, good air conditioning, very comfortable and kept very clean on a daily basis by housekeeping. The hotel was situated within close access to the water taxi if required, the local water bus was approximately a three minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. A very pleasant gentleman covered the late Night Shift who was most helpful. We fully recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Venice.
