Horrible mainly with hotels. Com
The hotels. Com stole my money I will be getting a return I didn’t even stay here They lied about the state of the hotel Saying it has WiFi and tv Nothing was operational when we arrived Then hotels made it very difficult to try to get my money including telling me I won’t be able to The front desk told me to get my money back from the app But hotels made it pretty difficult Trying to make me be on the phone for several hrs to text chat

Worst stay ever
This place is a dump between the hookers drug dealers slamming doors you couldn’t get any rest . The staff was horrible with the attitude of non caring. This place wouldn’t make a healthy dog kennel.

8/10 Very Good

Budget motel, good for travelers.
Great for a quick stop while traveling at an extreme budget price. No TVs, check in is at the gas station attached to the hotel but the service was good, room was relatively clean, there were towels and soap available in room. Altogether, what you would expect for the price.

Do not stay here
Pictures do not match up to what place looks like, there was no Hotel Lobby, you had to go inside a Citgo Gas station to the cashier to check in... they have no Wifi or Cable... I have attached what the hotel really looks like...

Cancelled due to overbooking
Our reservation was canceled by the hotel on check in day due to overbooking. My family was evacuating from a hurricane and this cancellation caused us significant stress during a very challenging time. We were very lucky to find other accommodations given that most hotels in the area were sold out.

Horrible!
There was no stay. When I got there, I was informed my reservation had been canceled. This was right before a hurricane, and hotel rooms were scarce. I had to drive two and a half hours to another hotel. Also, the hotel that canceled my “reservation” was a dump.

Stay away from this motel at all costs... They do NOT have a computer system, no Internet, no booking software. They BLINDLY book rooms on the Internet having no idea what they are even doing. During Hurricane Milton, we booked a room here and, everything was successful. We show up at the motel only to find out that the manager of the motel is working the cash register at the gas station, He shares with us that they have no Internet, no computer system no booking software and they cannot give us a room. They created A HUGE EMERGENCY for my family! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS from this Motel

This establishment along with many other establishments that are ran by dishonest and greedy ownership management, is why I will gladly pay more than to deal with dishonest thieves. The owners and management of this establishment over booked the hotel. I booked my stay three days ahead of schedule through Expedia when there were rooms available. The owner ( management )of the establishment found an opportunity to price gouge other guests needing to stay in their hotel while ignoring the booking that I had and several other guest had at the same time I showed up to book in. Myself and three others were there trying to book in when we all found out the owner/management took advantage of a situation that would allow him to charge new guests and over book his hotel by charging them $300 plus per night and ignoring the booking Expedia has booked his hotel for $80 a night. These people that run hotel establishments like this are dishonest and thieves. These establishments depend on Expedia and other booking agencies to help them throughout each annual year but they take advantage when disaster hits, as did in Florida with hurricane Milton and myself and others were flying north to this location and booking days ahead of time. This establishment many others overbooked from people walking in off the street and price gouging them as this owner did and leaving myself and many others without a place to stay even though we booked days ahead of time. SHAME ON THEM

Primitive motel but Friendly
The motel had very weak internet access, so it did not know of our reservation, but kindly allowed us to stay during a hurricane. Unfortunately the TV did not work, there was no internet connection, and no cleaning service.

Don't Book them !
First of all they don't actuall have an offer you have to check in at the gas station next to the hotel. We had a pre paid reservation we are from Orlando a Hurricane was getting close we booked them 3 day before because nothing else was available. We traveled in the stormy weather which took us 6 hrs to get there apon ariving the guy said you're not on my list. Meaning he had rooms but wouldn't give us one even though we had pre paid. He claimed Hotels.com had over booked and had to cancle 60 people already for the day. We don't have a room available but we pre paid so how can you have a list still coming and turn away someone that has already paid for their room? My guess is the hotel itself caused the booking issue by turning away people that booked with Hotels.com and took people that booked directly with them. Now I have no proof but hotels usually work on first come first serve even with pre paid rooms if there's an overbooking not turn someone away to wait for someone that hasn't yet gotten there. So the experience was horrible! I would not recommend booking them because you might end up like us with no where to go . My wife is 60 I'm 75 we had to spend the night sitting in our car because of this and at our age sleep doesn't comeeasy but there'sno sleepwhenyouhavetosit in yourcarall night. We had only booked them because there wasn't anything else available so please be careful when booking with them!

We didn’t wind up staying there, because they had no rooms. They said our reservation was cancelled. However, they said they were overbooked. We drove three more hours to find a hotel. We were evacuating from Hurricane Milton. We are in our seventies. I have to ask, if we cancelled our reservation, why would we show up at the hotel?
