I won’t recommend this hotel, they don’t provide blankets unless you make a deposit of $10 dollars per blanket, there’s no heating or a/c, the windows on the back of the room and the bathroom the lock was broken making it very unsafe, almost impossible to park at night becomes crowded and security make you park blocking other cars. I rent a doble room for 4 people and they provide only 2 towels.

Place was dirty, dead bugs and flies on the floor, lights didn’t work inside the room and staff was rude about replacing light bulbs. They charge you for blankets and it gets cold.

The place served its purpose, but it does need to be updated and we did not feel as secure as in other places we have stayed at. It did not have many of the amenities we are accustomed at (iron or blow dryer) and we were not told that we had to request blankets (luckily we had our own personal warm blankets). The good thing we were just there for one night.

Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Ensenada. They charge you for blankets, their doors aren’t fully sealed so bugs and mice crawl under the door into the room. The bathroom has a foul sewage smell that comes out of the sink into the room. Someone was rattling our door knob at night to try and get into our room. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This property does not have heaters or blankets in the room!! If you want blankets you have to leave a freaking cash deposit per blanket!!! Ridiculous they should say this when you book!! I understand that you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous! Especially with how cold it is!! Had it been mentioned we could have prepared and brought our own blankets or a space heater So dissatisfied with this place
