The Sunshine Hotel and Residences is a good clean and affordable hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of place to get a drink or food. Beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and transport is available. Close to markets and a 7/11 across the road. Have stayed several times and will be back.

Sunshine Hotel- in the shadow This hotel has a few positive traits: it is close to the beach and city center and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great! Otherwise we booked a supersize kingbead bed, which was really not that supersize, a package of condoms already was on the night table (we are a family traveling) and it is in a seedy street and the customers are old white men looking for sex. The balcony faces other balconies and a large clima cooler tanks. For this price it was not such a great experience. The staff saves the place.
