Thus place is another example of hotel star rating of big money big corporation hotels. I think this place does not have 5 stars but way better than a lot of 5 star hotels I lodge. Check in and out was swift and quick, staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very nice. The place is right at the center of the city, you can walk everywhere. One thing to pay attention if you miss the breakfast in furst morning just stay another night to catch it next mirning. Breakfast is phenomenal DON'T MISS IT.

I stayed in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, near Troy, Konya, Cappadocia, and more in a whirlwind tour of Turkey. This was my favorite hotel on the trip. Economical, wonderful, economical room, and very nice staff.

Very convenient and safe location. Our room, was very clean and spacious. There is a popular coffee shop and bistro downstairs, and it is located right on one of the city's main squares. Most attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. The staff were also polite. The hotel, as with most places in Erzurum does not offer alcohol on the premises.

Great location in the city center. Comfortable bed. The design is not exactly to my liking but it is cheap enough. So it would not be fair to compare to a more expensive hotel. The front desk person was a bit grumpy. Breakfast is large but not great.

Oda gayet temiz, banyosu güzeldi. Yataklar rahattı. İsteyen farklı tür yastık isteyebiliyordu. Resepsiyon çalışanları çok kibardı. Kahvaltıda denediğimiz her şey lezzetliydi. Simitlerini özellikle tavsiye ederiz. Otel şehir merkezinde tarihi gezilecek binalara ve yemek yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyatı bence benzer otellere göre oldukça makul.
