The view was absolutely stunning. Fridge had free waters, coke and cookies. They were able to provide a pack and play for my baby to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work. It would randomly turn on and then just turn off all night and the front desk always had a different excuse for it. We went in April so it wasn’t unbearably hot

Bed very comfortable. 4 pillows, all the same, needs some softer. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of both Turkish and European. Great view at breakfast on the 7th floor. Bath room on the small side. Good central location. Pool not open unfortunately. Small problem of cracked shower tube that sprayed water across the bathroom. Made a temp fix with duct tape, no problem.

The hotel was welcoming. The room was clean and we had a great view on the sea. We enjoyed hanging out at the terrace on top for sunset viewing. The restaurant had a variety of food and was good.

The location of the hotel was perfect, also the sea view and the breakfast service was amazing, only the car parking was a bit problematic, though the hotel is helping you on this. This has been a good experience and i strongly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous design, perfect sea view, very helpful staff that always had a welcoming smile on their face. Rooms and hotel grounds were very highgenic. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So fresh, local produce and a very wide spread of options to suit everyone’s taste. Perfectly located. The reception upgraded our room as my daughter (that made the reservation) stated that it was my birthday. That was very generous of them. The hotel also offers complimentary cold drinks water, snacks and tea/coffee. The room bas equipped with everything you need. Thanks for great hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Nice place to relax when in Kusadasi, and conveniently located to the port. The breakfast would have been amazing if there was a designated no smoking area. The food was excellent as well as the view. Housekeeping was also great.

Great hotel in the busy water front area. Very convenient for ferries and great view from top floor pool area of the harbour area. We saw the cruise ships coming in. Two organised tours picked us up from the reception.

We missed our cruise ship in Athens Greece and were flown to Izmir airport. Ilayna hotel took care of our transfer from the airport to Kusadasi. We were so impressed by the service, friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They directed us to restaurants and the market and arranged a taxi for our trip to the cruise ship pier. The breakfast buffet was top notch. In all of our worldwide travels, we have never had such delicious food. Far superior to any hotel or even cruise ships. We would love to visit kusadasi again just to stay at this fabulous hotel!!!
