This is a great hotel with friendly staff, large, clean and central location. The hotel owners also own the restaurant next door, which they give a discount to hotel guests. They have a delicious seafood grilled at night.

Cosy hotel
The hotel is in very busy location but got his unique vibe and very friendly and welcoming staff and helpful. I would recommend it and you can enjoy a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and promenade is just a few steps from the hotel ❤️‍🩹🇹🇷

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. Centrally located and right in the night life. The noise isn't all that bad. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. The internet can be problematic depending on the day or time of day, but internet reception is strong in the lobby. Everything considered: recommend.

Cosy hotell in a very central location. Room was huge, with jacuzzi tub and my first ever stand up sauna?? Staff superfriendly but cleaner has OCD or something. Really clean room, but kept moving all our stuff around putting in drawers etc so was a treasure hunt everytime...

Nice concept shame and the execution. Bad paint job, electrical wires exposed. Strange smell in bathroom and not enough towels and products to be a spa wellness room. Great location and staff though. Needs more attention to the details. That's what makes a great hotel

Excellent!
I've really enjoyed my time in Gran Via. Service is quite wonderful and rooms r pretty nice. I'll certainly come here again. I wouldn't even think about staying somewhere else! It's right on the center of the city, very comfortable rooms and also breakfast was amazing. If you also care about quality service, hygiene and comfort, don't even hesitate for a moment. I myself for example a very choosy person but I was very satisfied with everything this hotel offered. Great location will also help you if you want to have fun without traveling miles away from the hotel. Just leave the hotel an you'll see hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes right away. Also hotel has it's own restaurant and it's also a good option if you prefer that.

This hotel shouldn’t be listed on international travel applications They have a modus operandi for trying to charge people for the room twice. Manager is rude (probably the one running scheme of double charging) Staff unprofessional. Windows aren’t properly installed so is pretty much like sleeping outside, in the noisy bar downstairs.

Be careful someone can enter room unauthorised
Be careful when you are staying here because someone can enter your room. T Hotel handing out door master keys to 3rd party servicemans. They enter room whenever they want whether you are inside or outside of the room. When you complain they think this is very natural - my understanding for their experience when you are in toilet someone enters your bathroom and says sorry and try to look boiler is completely fine. Terrible experience - do not stay do not book.

Pros and Cons
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam room. The area is perfect, and it’s close to many restaurants and cafes and the main attractions. However, they gave me a smaller room than the one I booked and I only realized that after. And there are many restaurants around which play very very loud music till 12 am. The cleaning staff came in the room after one knock and didn’t wait for my answer. And I could hear them do that to another room in the same floor. Also there was a lot of movement in the corridors and chatter it was hard to fall asleep. If you enjoy staying out till late at night this hotel won’t be an issue. But if you’re planning a quiet stay-in I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel has got huge problem with cleaning. It is not what you expect for this level and for this price. Cups in the room was with somebody's lipstick, after when they changed it was also not clean...It is impossible to use it. Towels were wet...all. Problem with bath tube, and with sauna (but this type of room was more expensive, and when you stay just 1 night, it is disappointing). Cleaning person thinks that guests are very interested in her life problems, so she was telling her details during she cleaning room. But the most "nice" moment, when she decided to enter the room without any warning... What about privacy? Horrible and indecent situation.

We booked the spa room, as we arrived they told us at the check in that the spa room is not possible to get due to reparation. If we knew it before we had booked somewhere else. The solution was first night in a normal room second night in the spa room and a monetary compensation.. we are still waiting for the money which they told will be given back through expedia… not happened… So we paid around 75€ for a normal dirty room withou spa. The bathroom of the normal room was very dirty and very strom smell, it was still smelling after flushing water through the sinks etc. Reseption guy told that it is normal and comes from the streets - what a lie! Next day we got finally the spa room and well there was no smell at all. Be carefull if you book the spa rooms, the hotel is located right in one of the most night active streets and the windows are not isolated at all, so if you like to sleep early forget about you hear every talk etc from the streets.
