This hotel is on a beautiful clean beach. If you want fancy go elsewhere. We had the nicest view rooms. They came with a large room between the bedrooms with ikea sofa bed and chair. There’s no decorative touches. No pictures, no comfortable chair. Plastic chairs and tables on the balconies. Nightly shows ok but not great. Food good. Especially seafood. Great place for kids! Kids club great and they participated in the shows. Watch out for insane cold air conditioning upon arrival in room. Ask for help adjusting it or you’ll freeze

The service and room was good. Safe and very friendly. The food was not that good, but they did have a variety and other options like the restaurant. You have to do reservation for the restaurant. It’s definitely beach front and I recommend the ocean front balcony deluxe rooms. They had a coffee shop and gift shops. Drinks available and snack thru out the day.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The room we had was very beautiful! 2 balconies!! The food was mehhhh at best. I found something I liked each day but nothing I would say was “good”. If you like to go to an all inclusive and enjoy alcohol drinks I would not recommend this resort. The drinks were not good at all. The beer was the best thing there. Beach is very nice, there were pushy vendors at the beach but just keep being polite and say no thanks if you aren’t interested. There were A LOT of locals especially on the weekends, we didn’t mind but they do get more attention and better service. The Tex mex restaurant was probably the best food we had and then just the chicken and fries at the beach grill. If they had better drinks and food I would recommend and return but those are deal breakers for us. We did have a good time, just wouldn’t go back.

It wasn’t that crowded, that’s what we liked. There was food and drinks all the time. Staff’s were helpful. Food quality wasn’t good, most of the food at the buffet was very salty, I wonder they were recooking those foods. Flies and mosquitoes were at the buffet restaurant. The Staff here is 5 star and made my stay great. The 1st complaint is I had to change rooms twice at check in. The 1st room air condition did not work and leaked also was not clean to my liking. The 2nd room had a mildew odor and something black growing on one wall. The 3rd room was great ac cold and cleaned well along with it being on a higher floor and better view. The resort had a beautiful large beach and tons of lounge chairs and nice grounds. The pools were nice as well. The food is hit or miss based upon your likes and dislikes but presentation nice. The Mexican restaurant food was delicious. I wrote a review because I want these RESORTS to understand that people are very aware when they are being steered to undesirable rooms because they got a package thru a 3rd party and that is not acceptable! Still would recommend :)
