Facility was not as expected. Smelly room, no toilet paper, shower took forever to warm up and very low pressure. You get what you pay for. Receptionist was friendly during check though

The blankets were stained, there was small insects on my moms table in her room, the toilet lever wouldnt go down the toilet wouldnt flush unless you pushed the pump down manually, the shower water was getting clogged while showering.

El hotel es muy sencillo, pero tiene lo suficiente para tener una buena estadía, es silencioso y la catedral está a solo 15 min caminando. Hay que tomar en cuenta que por seguridad la puerta se cierra a las 8pm y es recomendable no caminar después de esa hora por la zona

Recomendaciones
No fue culpa del hotel el que desde la tarde y hasta la madrugada del dia siguiente se quedara sin energia eléctrica toda la manzana. Podria mejorar si junto a la cama estuvieran disponibles contactos para el celular (hay contactos pero estan tapados por la cabecera de la cama. Y no estuviera mal que pongan un gancho o percha en el pequeño closet o en el baño al menos para colgar la toalla. Seria genial que su zona de trabajo ampliara sus servicios de impresión y escaneo, vi a muchas personas trabajando en el lobby, un servicio exclusivo para sus huespedes. No importa que cobren la impresión
