We chose a Lego-themed room overlooking the theme park but there were also pirate, adventure or knight-themed rooms to choose from. Our colourful room was big, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. A really good breakfast buffet is included. They even provided a tub of Lego to play with.

Staff on checking in was amazing lady was so friendly, and check in was so easy. Room was pirate style nice for my grandson, bed a bit hard for me, but other than that room was cosy. Food was nice from restaurant & breakfast was good too.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating, there was originally a mix up with my room, but they went out of their way to make everything right, I can’t recommend this place, and Lina who helped me, enough, best place to stay in Billund!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was amazing and provided assistance in many ways. The beds were not the most comfortable but loved the theme rooms. There was renovations in progress which is great but added steps getting from one location of the building to the next. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and well themed. The hotel was a little tired in areas but they are having work done. The bunk bed in the Lego movie room seemed a lot shorter than the one in the pirate themed room, my 12 year olds feet were hanging off the end. Breakfast was good.

As a big LEGO fan, I absolutely loved staying at Legoland Hotel! The room was amazing, decorated with LEGO bricks all around. It was so much fun to see everything made from LEGO brick. Even though the hotel was under renovation, I didn’t hear any noise from my room, so it was really quiet. We joined a game organized by the hotel and were lucky to win some LEGO sets. On top of that, a free LEGO pack and some Hasbro sweets in the room, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, including hot dishes. The hotel is full of fun games for kids, making it a perfect place for families.
