The staff is wonderful. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent. It is best to include the breakfast with the price of the room. The rooms are small, but very clean, furnished with adequate toiletries and a comfortable bed. Its location makes this hotel a great option. It is only a five-minute walk to the subway station and shopping area in Sakae. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – both Osu and Sakae were within walking distance, so I hardly needed to use the metro. The only minor issue was a slightly musty smell from the shower curtain, which I hope can be resolved with more frequent replacements. (By the way, the Ankage spaghetti place Yuuzen across the street is a must-try!) I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nagoya.

It was an ok stay.
“We had an unfortunate incident at check-in. The hotel claimed that we had booked a smoking room, which we absolutely had not. We were traveling with two small children, so a smoking room would have been bizarre. We had to pay an extra 4,000 yen for a different room and wait 30 minutes for it. This was very difficult as we were traveling with a two-year-old and a five-year-old. However, the room was spacious and comfortable. Personally, I wasn’t too fond of the breakfast. Buffets in general don’t feel very ‘eco-friendly’—a lot of food gets wasted.”

The hotel and hotel staff is excellent. The only issue I had is the people over my room Has kids. They make so much noise couldn’t sleep. Call the front desk. They try to help but to not prevail.

It is our first visit to Nagoya and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to arrange a card, rose, champagne and balloon for us. We were truly touched by such a sweet arrangement. The breakfast was surprised good. We stayed 2 nights. We tried both the Japanese breakfast option and the western. Both options are just as good. Just around the corner of the hotel there’s a 24hrs pharmacy where you can get almost anything that you need there. We will def stay at this hotel if we visit Nagoya. Thanks for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay!
