Great stay in El Poblado.
Really beautiful hotel. So clean and the neighborhood it’s in is just gorgeous. It’s in a great location, too. It’s quiet but the hotel is a short 8-10 minute walk to restaurants and Provenza. Service is impeccable. All of the employees went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

Great property which was very clean and had wonderful staff. Cristian at the front desk was so helpful with everything we needed. His customer service was stand out and was very knowledgeable and polite! We can’t thank him enough for his wonderful hospitality. We flew from Sydney Australia and it took 42 hours to get to Medellin and the room was ready before check in which we really appreciated ! I would definitely stay there again! The only negative is that it’s a slight walk from El poblano so if you are a woman walking alone at night, it might be too far but being away from the restaurants and bars means it is quiet.
