Great location. No amenities, no restaurant as part of hotel but right next door. Only coffee and tea in am and only Valet parking. Parking $35/day off seasons and $45/day in season. Rooms are clean and eco friendly. Reusable water bottle with a bottle filling station. Lights only on when you enter room and insert key card. Gorgeous views and lovely sitting areas throughout.

It was a great property with modern designs and a wonderful minimal aesthetic. The staff was helpful and the amenities were as advertised. My only complaint was the TV system was a bit antiquated with only cable tv options. There was no way to connect to streaming services and had that been an option it would have been a 10/10 getaway experience

Great location! It was nice to enjoy a quieter Newport in the winter months. The view from the 3rd floor lounge was a lovely place to start the day with a cup of tea.

The location was perfect for walking on Thames St. close to restaurants and shops. Room was small but nice. No refrigerator in the room so we could not keep any drinks or food. This was a big one for me. I really do use a fridge while away just for small things. I don’t know where they would put it since it’s such a small room but it’s standard at hotels I was kinda shocked there wasn’t one. This hotel is good for an overnight or a few days only.
