I had a great experience during my stay in Hyatt Amman, every service is impeccable including security, reception, my room was perfect every day and of course, food in the restaurants. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. I stayed three days at this property and had a fantastic experience. If there any negative reviews, I cannot imagine why however, everybody’s experience is their own individual experience. I not only enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet, but every staff member made sure I was comfortable as I was traveling alone. If you’re looking to work out, enjoy very private women’s locker room that has its own whirl, pool, dry and wet sauna and showers. This is the place to be. I also enjoyed the Turkish bath and had a Dead Sea mud wrap a few days later before I left. Exceptional. It was great great experience thank you again Grand Hyatt. I will see you again.
