Not everything looks nice as seem...
Well, the room wasn't that pleasant being in a smoking room with the towels & washcloths were dirty with smoke grey & brown stains on them; someone hair was on the sink & in the shower! Roaches crawling...

We drove 2 hours and when we got there there were no rooms. Only a line of people that had booked there apparently overbooked. So at midnight we were still searching for a hotel room that was confirmed and has been paid. I'd like a refund and I'd like to report that hotel. How could you let this happen and it wasn't just me. There was a whole bunch of people

This reservation was made in error as I was trying to back out of the online page. I tried to contact hotels.com and also the property to notify them of the error but was unable to contact either. I did not stay at this hotel. The customer service at hotels.com via telephone is nonexistent when issues arise.

Relax Inn Dud!
Terrible check-in. There were people standing outside in the parking lot in line waiting to go inside and check in. The most inefficient check-in ever in my life. The manager asked for an extra $15 to get a room. We were in line to check in for almost an hour. Completely unacceptable.
There was no shower curtain. There was no coffee either in the room or in the lobby. A complete joke of a hotel. Please demolish it.
