This is the single worst holiday inn express I have ever encountered. The management are liars, they gaslight you, bed bugs and they charge your card without authorization. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have other options.

Worst stay yet. Holiday Inn is horrible. Told there was ample parking. Got there and no spots at all. Had to pay $30 to park across the street. Checked in and room was beside the elevator. All night all you could hear was the elevator or the street noise , sirens and construction. If that didnt wake you up the heater / air conditioner unit was so loud it woke you up every time it came on. Never stay with Holiday Inn again

It was the best service I have ever received from anu hotel. They upgraded our room and allowed us a late check out. Breakfast was good.

We got locked out of our room three times as the key wasn’t working. Location was also great. A little detail we loved was that the hand soap was liquid!
