Reasonable rate and comfortable room!
One-night stay near the airport. Shuttle service was excellent, hotel was reasonable, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Provided everything we needed at a good price. Would use this hotel again!

Just NASTY!
I was HIGHLY DISGUSTED with my rooms! Yes rooms ! I booked a room late night (12am) due to traveling. when I got the hotel it reaked of cigarettes as if someone hit boxed the hotel with them! When I got my room is was disgusting and halfway cleaned. The dispensable hotel essential with filled with gunk and dirt and appeared to haven’t been cleaned in months. As a female I was highly disappointed and asked for a new room. When asked to switch rooms I was questioned about why I wanted to switch rooms as if it was not obvious or as if the staff was not aware of the state of the room. I was switched to another room that was almost indentical! Disgusting horrible and not clean at all! I was moved to ANOTHER room which was still dirty but manageable. I slept in my clothes and checked out at 10:45am to speak with a manager immediately! Save yourself the trouble !

Unfortunately we had a poor experience on this occasion, although we normally enjoy staying at this hotel. On the second night of our three night stay, we were kept awake by the guest next door playing very loud pornographic films until 6am. We complained and they switched rooms for us for our final night. I twice asked to talk to the manager who was ‘in the back but not available’. I asked to be partially refunded for the 2nd night because we hadn’t slept. I was told the manager had said no. Then a supervisor told us we would receive a partial refund within 3 working day. We haven’t received this, of course. I appreciate that a hotel cannot control poor guest behaviour, but of course they can control how they deal with guests impacted in this way with respect and empathy.
