A Great Find, perfectly priced and positioned
After reading some reviews i was a little hesitant in booking this hotel. I needn't have worried. We needed a hotel of convenience, after all, the purpose of our visit was to see family and Copenhagen not a Hotel Spa break. Having the hotel 5 min from the airport via the metro was fantastic, and then 10 min via the metro into the city, it's so handy, especially when leaving for home, there was no stress, just jump on the Metro 50m away. You'd think maybe being so close to airport and metro you'd be plagued by noise, you're not. Our room was totally silent. We had a suite, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. plenty of room and great value. I can't comment on their double rooms. There's a pool, we tried that and it was good, plus a sauna which was very relaxing. We didn't eat there or have breakfast, only because we wanted to experience the cafe's and bars in the city. The staff were friendly, the bar was open until late, great for a nightcap. I don't want to say "simple" as it could be regarded as a negative, however i'd like to say, if you want a simple, easy access hotel offering a great nights sleep, exceptionally convenient and great value for money, then you can't go wrong with this hotel. If you want luxury break experience then look elsewhere, but obviously you'll be paying more. We will use this Hotel again, without a doubt. Thank You. Nearly forgot, great little supermarket across the road from the hotel, we stocked up on essential Danish foods ahead of our departure

Good outside of the core hotel
Rooms are okay, just could use a coat of fresh paint. Pool is beautiful but freezing and the hot tub doesn't work.... Hotel is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and is right beside the metro.

Would no go back
Just a very dingy unpleasant hotel. There is an air of must throughout. I would not recommend it. On top of that, our toilet immediately broke when we got there. Fortunately they swapped our room, so it wasn’t much of a hassle. Also, no ice machine.

Staff support was poor. I was having severe knee pain and swelling. I could hardly walk with a cane. I asked for health service support. They only gave me 1813 number to call. They would not dial for me. After many attempts on the first and second day I was not able get through. They said they don't have private doctor information.

This hotel needs a renovation
This stay was part of a road trip through Europe, which consisted of among others 12 different hotels. Best Western Plus Park was chosen due to the Best Western affiliation. But this was far from the usual Best Western hotels we have stayed in both in Europe as well as the States. And out of the 12 different hotels we stayed at, this was by far the worst hotel. It was only one man in at the front desk and a load of passengers coming from the airport came at the same time, so it took a while to get checked in. That is no problem at all. What is a problem is the standard of the hotel room. The carpet is a strong contender in the most nasty hotel carpet I have seen. In the bathroom there were 3 possible sources of plumbing issues, and the room hit all three of them. In the shower water was rising uncomfortably when showering. The faucet at the sink came out like a shotgun burst, all over the place. And the toilet needed 6 flushes to take care of business. This not due to the use of paper, the flush just wasn't there. On the bright side, the chef was excellent! Mr. Service himself, and that was very much appreciated.
