Definitely the best point about this hostal is the staff and the location. The staff help us with absolutely everything we needed and really care about us. The hostal is very close to the capitol, walking distance to most touristic places. Is located on top of a night club so the music and be heard from most of the rooms but it didn't avoid us sleeping, a proof of it is that we actually repeated the stay on the same hostel at the end of the trip for additional three nights.

No elevator. Apartment at level 4. You have to go through 6-7 set of narrow stairs. When you arrive up , you’re very tired. The location is unsafe. Prostitution street.

The location is good, although its very noisy and busy when you get there at 1:30am in the morning on a Saturday evening. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. After the first night I felt very safe with them. Its easy to change to local currency at the hostal. They can arrange transfers to the airport. There is no lift so if you don't like stairs then you should not stay there. If I ever go back to Cuba, then I'll stay there again (I was Ok with the stairs). The people of Cuba are very friendly. I can also recommend a walking tour of the old city.

The storng point of this place is good wifi, rare in cuban accomodations. Staff speakes little to no English, but they were mostly helpful. Rooms are basic, the downer in ours was no natural light whatsoever as the only window was covered. The place has a small common room (they keep it very cooled, 17•C) and a cool balkony overlooking the street. The location is good for exploring old Havana that is just 8’ walk away. Around you can find plenty of backstreets looking shabby, dirty and very hustelling, everyone will be afressing you with some offeres on the street, just as you exit the place. Yet except for overpaying some sandwiches big time we had no issues or safety problems. Ah and the stairs to reach top floor where the rooms are - a killer. Also, if you arrive in the night/evening expect bit of a shock from shabby looking staircase. But its actually pretty safe.

Tolle Unterkunft für Havanna
Ich kann mich nur allen positiven Vorschreibern hier anschließen. Mario und sein Tam haben den Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas besonderm gemacht. So eine Unterkunft für den Preis findet man wohl in Havanna nicht mehr. Es war alles super sauber mit Europäischem Standart. Schnelles Internet, jederzeit. Keinerlei Probleme mit Strom so wie sonst im ganzen Land. Das heißt auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte auch wirklich ihren Dienst tun. Das Frühstück wurde stehts frisch zubereitet. Alles top. Falls ich mal wider in Havanna bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder bei Mario buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für den herzlichen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

La chambre est confortable et propre. Lit confortable et salle de bain spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner proposé est consistant (jus de fruits, thé, café, lait, pain toasté, œufs, fruits frais). Le personnel est agréable et serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une rue piétonne et commerçante à proximité du quartier Habana vieja et du Capitole. Le seul point négatif est que la chambre se trouve au 4è étage : ce qui n'est pas pratique avec les valises.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro pedonale, a due passi dal capitolio. Camere moderne e arredate con molto gusto. Personale gentilissimo, sono stato per oltre due settimane e si sono presi cura di me. Ottimo servizio lavanderia, in mezza giornata, e abbondante la colazione. La struttura è in boulevard San Rafael, una via molto frequentata, potrebbe non essere adatta a chi cerca tranquillità.
