Thanksgiving Stay
The weather was rainy on our check-in day. Upon our arrival, the hotel building was leaking in many places. There were several beach towels, buckets, and yellow cones throughout the building, catching several leaks between the coffee shop, first-floor ceiling (near the elevators), and leading down the main stairwell. Unfortunately, throughout our 5-night stay, the building continued to leak. Stepping over wet beach towels and dripping ceilings wasn't a pleasant sight to access first-floor elevators. The service and the staff were good. The food selection was overall good. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was good.

The hotel and its property are showing it's age. Lots of garbage around pool and lazy river hidden in bushes. Food at all restaurants was very average. Did not have 1 enjoyable meal except from the Jerk Hut. Very Disapointing. Shower door would not close properly therefore it leaked every shower and we needed extra towels. A couple of extra hooks on the wall to dry items and light on balcony would have been nice.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff beautiful friendly and welcoming. Only thing i didn't like was the check in time 4p. Food was amazing & staff super friendly as well. The bands/music top notched! The renovation needs for the rooms inside and out are taking away from the beautiful ambiance this place has to offer. I got upgraded because of my honor points only to stare out a window and see ripped up roofing materials just sitting on top of the roof. Not a good look for Hilton .

I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Hilton Rose Hall. From the time we arrived on the property we were treated like Royalty. Preston was so warm and welcoming and Jerome was as well. The supervisor Junior was amazing! He was so professional and kind and went above and beyond for my birthday. The whole staff made my birthday special. I got a beautiful birthday message/ song with complimentary gifts on my birthday. The food and drinks were amazing! The restaurant’s were amazing a true luxury experience from start to finish. The entertainment crew was so professional and talented and fun. The pool parties were amazing! Our server Damien was amazing! Our bartender Tyrone was as well. Housekeeping was amazing very sweet and on top of things. I was surprised with the add on birthday decor package from my bestfriend the event and planning services were amazing! I felt so at home here. Safe to say I will definitely be back! Thank you to the amazing staff so professional and sweet❤️

Food was 8/10 , pools and lazy river were filthy. A/c drained my daughter slipped and fell. Bar attendant at the main lobby was very rude. His name is Leoniel. Bell men were very attentive and very friendly. Staff in the main buffet was cordial , Keisha from mangoes was so polite. Very boring hotel! Will definitely not going back to the Hiltons in the near future. Way too expensive for the subpar amenities and property .

so i surprised my daughter and took her on vacation for 11th birthday and i have to say this is definitely one of my best trips so far. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s birthday was celebrated. BIG SHOUTOUT to everyone working in the lobby and deception areas i can’t remember everyone’s name but big up Tevon at front desk , Briyanna at front desk, Andre, Adrianna from events, Ms Violet for housekeeping, ms Dorret at tourism desk, Orane for my professional photos, and the biggest shout out is for Chadene from events that coordinated my daughters room decor! You are amazing, my people are amazing! lots of love from Toronto!

Beautiful property but definitely outdated rooms. The service was great but at one time a staff member came into our room unannounced. I wouldn’t bring anything of value . Also communication about events could be better . We had to figure everything out for ourselves and depend on a notice board by the pool area. Events need to be displayed around the lobbies and big screens. Definitely awesome for kids .
