Wonderful holiday stay
Hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff was wonderful. Room was clean and nicely appointed; standard hotel room with all the amenities. The free Breakfast was as you would expect from a business hotel/conference center. While the sheets on the bed were of nice quality, the mattress was sagging in the middle as if someone hat let their kids jump on it for hours.

Normandy is an excellent independent hotel in Blue Bell. Staff is very friendly and rooms are impeccably clean. Having Normandy out in the burbs is a great option and truly a must over the basic chain options in Mont Co.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed for one night and the noise level was unbelievable. Due to the excessive noise from nearby rooms, we woke up at 2am and could not sleep until 4:30am. We called the front desk for help and it did not help. The hotel has a quite hours”policy from 9pm until 6am but they do not do anything to help when people decide to party after midnight. Terrible experience.

Honestly, I checked out a day early. Neither my sister or I could get into the shower. My sister the whole reason for this trip could not get into her bed and slept in a chair. Our AC was not working properly the TV was dark and hard to watch. My meal which was to their credit refunded to a gift card for a place I will never go back to... was burnt. My bed sheet was ripped. The flowers were pretty and the champagne and strawberries were in my room when I arrived. My nerves are shot. My sister's birthday was ruined. We came home at 8 am cause we could not take it anymore. To be honest, this is a venue and conference place not a place to get away from it all. My floor was dirty. my sheet had a huge rip in it and to be honest when we said wee were cheking out I was told I would be charged for all my indicidentals and the second day. Who would want to stay where you are so uncomfortable it was not funny?? Whom?? This is a place you go for a wedding. The pictures of the real room are nothing like what I saw online. Also room service is overpriced and terrible.

When I made res, I requested late check out. I was told it would not be a problem. At check in I was told I had to pay for an extra 1/2 day, which I did. When I returned from lunch and tried to enter my room, the key did not work. I had to get cleaning staff to let me in. Then I was called continually from desk asking me when I was checking out. And the hotel was not full and no was checking in on Sunday night. All very annoying. Also the complimentary breakfast was pathetic. I had to go to dining room to beg for plant based milk.

Stayed here for one night and it was overall terrible. The bed sheets and covers were covered in stains. It looks like housekeeping only changes the sheets and leaves the rest to be dirty. Overall I would not stay here in the near future because of its poor cleanliness.
