Dirty and Loud
Our room was barely cleaned, the sheets had someone else's hair on them and there was an old sock in the bed. The fridge was filled with decaying food. The bathroom had mold growing down the walls. The bath towels were horrible size and quality. We were given a first floor room across from the pool and the noise level was unacceptable until 10pm, not to mention you could easily hear the neighboring room, as well as the room above. The bed itself was comfortable, although you couldn't sleep because of the noice from the pool area and the men screaming at football in the common area. The pool area was clean, although the towels in the pool weren't kept stocked. The breakfast was ok, it was free, and the breakfast area was kept well supplied and clean.
