Surprisingly great stay
Such a cozy, clean and comfortable hotel. Great location, and comfortable beds. Even the wooden tables have both AC and USB charging facility. Great attention to details! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Kids enjoyed Japanese style set everyday. Patio has a marvelous view of the mountain. We even Star gazed at night.

Simple accommodations that meets your basic needs well. Lobby is spacious and pleasant like the guest rooms. We were a group of 5 and we had a lot of space in the room. My only complaint was that they didnt have enough towel racks and no trash segregation. Minor issues. Amazing view from the rooftop as well. Would definitely return.

A lovely hotel. Room was a great size for a family of four. Lots of lovely little extras available. My daughter loved the skin care products. Great views of Mount Fuji from the room and roof top terrace. Short walk to the lake.

First of all the staff is outstanding. They're very attentive to your needs. I didn't ask the name of the receptionist, but the short and very young lady that helped me get a taxi when there was none available. She saved the day as a matter of fact made the whole trip worthwhile as I needed to get to the bus on time for my Mt Fuji hike. Give that girl a raise. It's a bit of a walk from the bus station but it wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean. The washer and dryer downstairs came in handy. I was able to use the dryer the morning I left for 100 yen. I would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were planning to hike Mt Fuji, so they helped us to arrange a shuttle to take us to the station early in the morning (extra fee). They also helped to pack our breakfast to go early in the morning. Note, it is a 15 min walk to the main station so it may not be as convenient if you are coming and going a lot. They do have a coffee place near the station (Hao Coffee) where you can have your luggage stored at a fee of 500 yen per luggage (they did give us back some credit to use for drinks/coffee). We stored our luggage for half a day while we checked out the lake (after checking out of the hotel). The shuttle bus is free from 9-10 am in the mornings to take you to the main station. We had a great stay, overall a wonderful place to stay with friendly and helpful staff!
