"Very underwhelming considering what we paid. Issues with heating when arrived, were resolved within an hour. Initial booking was showing as single occupier, had phoned / emailed with an update to make it 2 people but had not been picked up. Breakfast selection was very limited, table half empty, initially no pastries, Juices etc and had to wait 45 minutes for a cooked breakfast."

Standard double rooms were fine with decent coffee and a Nespresso machine. Bed was ok . Shower was good hotel is very quiet and suffers less with noise than their competitors on the High Street. "This was a lovely find in the centre of town. Prices on Hotels.com were extremely competitive than booking directly with the hotel! The “standard room” was large and airy as was the bathroom, which included a rainfall shower over the bath and a handheld shower too! Complimentary tea/coffee/milk sachets were included and an iron with ironing board and hairdryer were also in the room.
