Central stay at a bargain price.

The rooms are basic, beds are not the most comfortable, but for the price in central London it’s amazing. The breakfast is top quality with so many options and all of the catering staff are lovely and helpful. You can easily walk into soho in 30 mins from here, or there’s a bus stop right outside. Nearest tube station is only 5 mins walk away.

Less than ideal cleanliness

A warm welcome from the staff but the room was musty/smelly with dirty carpets and very thin curtains that let light enter from the courtyard. If you're really on a budget then try it but for £30-40 more you can find a hotel with en-suite and proper housekeeping.

Good services at the front desk. Location is good

Clean room but the bed made a lot of noises from the spring under the mattress, part of the frame. There's a wood board above the spring and it's dislocated so making the mattress tilted one side higher and also when I moved around on the mattress the spring made loud noise. There are 2 showers rooms, one without hot water, lucky the other has. Toilets are clean, breakfast is good plenty of choices. Coffee is nice. Location is very good. You can store luggages before or after check in. There's one woman who served the breakfast looks angry., others are helpful. Bus 38 from London Victoria just right outside the accommodation.

Breakfast is great. The room is clean but the public toilet is not. It needs more attention to ensure cleanliness. The thing that bugs me is their «no guests» policy. I understand their security concern. But it can be solved by requiring the guests to register with their ID and the name of the hotel guest. That way they still have control over who enters the building.

Welcoming and helpful night team. Comofrtable bed, though all areas were fairly slightly tired, typical of slightly worn student accomodation. Extensive breakfast included made for an excellent value stay in central London.
