Never again!!!

Since I thought all-inclusive hotels in Belek are good hotels, I booked and did mistake. I traveled a lot. This is my first or second comment about an hotel in my life. - Don't expect a good general manager since many of problems could be solved easily under a good management. - Don't expect free WIFI is included. - Don't expect paid WIFI will work. - Don't expect clean WC. You can see better WC used by 1000's of people in a public street. I forgot to take pictures of 10's of used papers out. - Don't expect happy and educated staff. - Don't expect to take towel in the beach. Walk to the SPA center first to take towel. - Don't expect good and kind foods. - Don't expect a 5-star hotel. It's worse than 3-star. - EXPECT good Turkish desserts.

Hotellet var en blanding af tyrkere og russiske gæster, spm fylder meget. Ankomst tidligst kl 14 og det var annonceret mulighed for at spise frokost- dette var dog ikke en mulighed. Om aftenen var der buffet, hvor der blev åbnet i restauranten kl. 19 til kl. 21. Ved ankomst kl. 20 var der næsten ikke mere mad, og der blev ikke fyldt op. Madrasser i senge var meget hårde

WORST HOTEL

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. When you read in the description "All-Inclusive" 5* hotel you expect certain things. The hotel is providing a totally misleading untrue info about the facilities and the quality of the services provided. This hotel could be rated as 2* plus at the very maximum. The service of the staff is zero, the reception are very unhelpful and rude, there are hordes of unhappy tourists at any time of the day at the reception complaining and fighting for different things. The wifi, though described as free everywhere on the premises of the hotel, is actually a paid internet! To add to this, it's almost non-existent as it is so slow you want to throw your phone. The food was the worst you could ever imagine. In the 5 days stay I cannot remember at least one dish or food item that tasted good. all the pastries were terribly unfresh and had no normal taste whatsoever. The choice of fruits offered was red and green apples, oranges and unripened watermelon. The alcoholic beverages choice was very limited and out of that limited choice the only bearable one was Turkish Efes beer; the rest couldn't be consumed due to a poor quality. The room was barely cleaned; one day the dirty towels were picked up by the room service and put back on the towel rack!!! One day also the room was not cleaned at all! Also, they don't provide blankets and you have to fight for them.

ilk gün odaları çok zor teslim ettiler. çocukların odasıyla bizim odamızı birbirinden çok uzak uzak bungalowlarda verdiler. 2304 nolu odanın camının silikonunun çıkmasından dolayı büyük oglumun eli kesildi elini sardırdık tatil boyunca odada oturdu. 2 gece kaldık ne oda temizligi nede yazıldıgı gibi mini bar yenilenmesi yapılmadı. bizim odadaki yatagın ayagı kırıktı gece döndükçe gıcırdıyordu, inanın yatagı yere alıp yerde yattım. Yemek kalitesi çok şükür doyduk denecek kadar. Tek güzel yan personelin bazıları çok özverili 5 hatta 10 kişilik çalışıyor. Hüseyin adında bir personel var adam tam işine aşık.

bayram tatili için gittik.ben ömrü hayatımda bu kadar rezalet kepaze pislik müşteri kalitesi düşük bir otelde konaklamadım.resimlere aldanmyaın sakın ha sakınnnn.klimalar milattan önce kalmış su akıtıyor ve kokuyor.banyo ve tuvaletteki çöp kovaları küvet lavabo küflenmiş durumda bayram tatıli için gittik rezil olduk tatil yerine cehhennemi yaşadık.2000 tl pra verdim hiç haketmiyorlar.yemekte çocuklar elleriyle yemek alıp elleriyle yemek yiyorlar hızını alamayan çocuk kepçeyle kazandan alıp yediğini bizzat gördüm.hayatımın en kötü bayramını geçirdim.lanet olsun böyle otele buranın acil kapatılması karantinaya alınması gerekiyor.derdiniz yoksa bu otele gidip dert sahibi olun paranız çoksa gidip paranızı çöpe atın huzurluysanız huzurunuzu bozmak için bu otele gidin,psikolojiniz düzgünse bozmak için bu otele gidin daha yazıyım mı????yazdıkça kusasım geliyor iyi tatiller gitmek isteyenlere

Daha iyi olabilirdi...

Ironman yarışması için bu oteli seçtim. Yüzme başlangıcının yapıldığı yerde olması büyük avantajdı. Otel tamamen deniz tatili için planlanmış. Bu nedenle diğer konulara çok önem verilmemiş sanırım. Ama mevsim nedeni ile otelde zaman geçirmek gerektiğinden insan biraz lüks arıyor. Bu durumda otel imkanları zayıf kalıyor. Gerçi fiyat/performans olarak fena değil. Tekrar tercih edilebilir.

Отель можно оценить на 3***! Питание простенькое, постное! Сосиски, колбаса соевые, мяса не было вообще, рыба сухая! Мой парень страдал, что пиво только с 10:00! Анимация плохая, бегали в соседний отель, в отелях справа и слева всегда гремели шоу! Номер хороший, чистый, регулярно убирают, меняют полотенца! но у соседей был выбит замок на двери и дверь весь отпуск стояла открытая! Море и пляж песок! Рекомендовала бы ехать, если нужно просто переночевать где-то!

Ok for a short stay (out of season)

was just for two nights to visit a congress in town. Nothing spectacular, but the breakfast was nice. Luckily it was out of season, otherwise it would have been a fight with a lot of tourists.
