If you are looking for an experience thi is it. We stayed in #3 and there was abundant space. The proprietor was very helpful.
This is not a pet-friendly accommodation though it is advertised as such.

We checked in for a night after traveling. I specifically looked for a pet friendly place. At the check in, there are signs everywhere saying no pets. I show them the app and information showing pet friendly. The lady allowed us to stay, but everywhere I look, there is a sign that says no pets. It was uncomfortable feeling and the information should be updated.

The couch and the carpet in room 2 was filthy, the paint was peeling in places, the walls needed a wipe down, the curtains were ripped and we had no hot water. The staff was nice and it was a cool experience..close to a lot of things to do.

overall, a very nice experience. The room was neat and clean. We had a few little glitches. There were two sinks in the rail car. The one sink had a leak underneath, which was not a problem because had a second sink to use. The door lock for some reason stopped working couldn’t use the key to lock the door, which was fine because I was there and so I just locked it from the inside. There are a lot of stairs to get to and from the room, but that was OK too good exercise. My little rail car had more space in it than my nephew‘s room that he paid about four times more for. Quiet the pool wasn’t working yet, but that was in the process of being put back into service on the day I left. I would definitely choose to stay there again in a real car because it was really cool. They do have cabins as well as the RV park.

Traincar Stay
Our stay was extremely disappointing. The train car was not clean upon arrival. We found stained carpets, a partially eaten carrot under the bed, a used medicine cup on the floor, and dirty buildup in the corners of the small kitchenette counter.
The bathroom was also in poor condition. The floor was warped, there was no toilet paper holder, and the shower area was poorly designed. The bathtub sits directly next to the entry door, and the only light for the shower comes from the separate toilet area, making it inconvenient and poorly lit.
The Wi-Fi was very weak, especially in the evenings when the campground was busy. Streaming TV was impossible, and kids can’t reliably use their devices.
We were also concerned that there was no smoke alarm in the train car. Also concerning was the unstable bunk beds which had several missing bolts and wobbled whenever it was used.
The indoor pool was also closed for the “season”. Which in Arizona means no swimming when it’s the hottest part of the year!
The biggest issue, however, was the overwhelming odor inside the room. It had a strong, unpleasant smell that was especially noticeable whenever the windows had been closed. It made the space very uncomfortable to stay in.
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort. We would not stay here again.

Overall, the room was cleaning when we first got there then the night came. After being now. I wanted to take a shower went into the shower, and there was bugs everywhere all over the ceiling, crawling out of the vent. Coming down. The mirror. I couldn’t even shower. went to the front, Office. I don’t remember her name asked her if they could transfer us room. She said no asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. After bugging them for a great amount of time. Thery agreed to go in spray chemical that was it.
Due to it being memorial weekend We didn’t have anywhere else to go. Everything was booked. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

We were very excited about our stay here, right on Route 66! Sadly the rail car that we stayed in was not in the best condition. There was black mold behind the furniture and ants swarming out of the bathroom vent. The room smelled like heavy cleaner the entire time. We still enjoyed our time in the area but next time we will probably stay somewhere else.
