The Great Decoy is both lovely outside and inside. The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful, I have met. We were shown to our room, which was perfectly decorated and equipped. Breakfast was a help yourself to cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices and pastries. Waiter service for teas/coffees and a freshly cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice of breakfast. We had a fabulous evening meal. I will definitely stay here again and happy to recommend to others. Although everything is positive so far, there is one negative, the car park is small.

What a lovely pub. Amazing community spirit, busy, and with great food, best sticky toffee pudding ever. The rooms were really well designed and pretty. Fresh cookies on arrival from very attentive staff. We adore pubs with rooms and this is quite honestly one of best we've stayed at. We have never been let down by the Chickpea group and will definitely book more stays with them. One little downfall was the size of the car park, but certainly don't let this put you off. I found it odd that Bombay Sapphire gin was not on offer when it is just a couple of miles away but other than that, what a perfect stay. Thank you.
