Decent price for a decent place to get some sleep. Best part is a lot of great places to visit within walking distance. If not public transportation passes right by to get to almost anywhere in fort Myers and cape Coral. Not far from downtown either.

Not good. I get it. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and one night. But if you’re staying more than one night I wouldn’t advise. Sticky floors, stains on the bed sheets, rust all over bathtub, stained and old shower curtain, room smelled, pool is not in service. The first person at the office I spoke with questioned the price I paid. I told him I booked it on Expedia. I would stay at an Extended Stay or Howard Johnson before this place.
