Maureen and the team were very friendly and accomodating. The accomodation is co-located with an Equestrian centre so the staff may not be there for check in, but contact the number provided and they will be right there. The room was very spacious, it was kept clean and tidy, and serviced everyday. A lovely breakfast was included and varied to suit our requests. The centre is 5mins (drive) from Carluke, so you will need to have transport for dinner as that is not available on site. The only other negative was the lack of a fridge, which is pretty standard here, but we we able to have some items stored in a fridge for us. The staff were super friendly, full of great tips, and went out of their way to look after us. The location was great to access both Glasgow and Edinburgh by train (45mins), and Stirling and border country by car. There are heaps of scenic drives to take. We would definitely stay here again.

I turned up quite late in the day and was welcomed to this lovely B&B. Beautiful views around the property and the rooms and breakfast area have been decorated to a very high standard. But the best bits are the bed/bedding and the breakfast. I stay in 80/90 hotels a year a this is the most comfy by a mile. I overslept but they still put breakfast on for me later than planned. I will be visiting again. Lovely host and staff beautiful setting.
