The location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Call property to get your code to your room before you check-in. Room looks like pictures. Staff were friendly. The tiles in the shower need a little love, the space could use a couple more washcloths, and maybe a can opener...but overall it was a lovely place to stay. I would stay here again.

The place is very well located. North beach is very relaxing, calm, and not crowded like South Beach and also less expensive. Ive stayed in the apt with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good for the price. Had some minor issues with one of the showers, but Sunny (manager) was always very helpful and took control of the situation. Special thanks for her. Lots of restaraunts, and also lots of parking spots (around $1/hour), but free after 11pm til 8am. Walking distance from the beach, very close. Id definitely stay again.

The location is good, but the room was small and the building looked a little run down. Zero amenities from what we could see. In fact, they are doing renovations— drilling, sawing and other assorted noises starting around 8 am. Fortunately, the beach was only 5 minutes away!

Good value apartment in North Miami Beach. Conveniently located for the beach (around 5 min walk ) the free Miami trolley service both North and South (1 min ) CVS , Walgreens within 5 mins walk. I Hop and Publix 15 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants local for all budgets (Burger and Shakes was best food and value just down the road) Apartment itself is as pictured and recently modernised so ideal for those wanting to cook for themselves. Host was quick to communicate via Expedia system and text before and during our stay . Would stay again if I was in the area . Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is spacious and nicely laid out for privacy purposes,- with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The staff is incredibly communicative and helpful, and the place is very clean. It is certainly less shiny and new than the pictures indicate, with a serious need for a different surface treatment than water soluble paint in the bathrooms, and the place could certainly benefit from a little bit of a woman’s touch, perhaps with some wall decorations and attention to details like outlet covers. However, given its location, near the beach, price and overall well-functioning facilities and amenities, we will book again and recommend to others!

We had a small issue with the first apartment, but the management team was incredibly professional and resolved it immediately by upgrading us to a larger, nicer apartment in a different building. It was my first time staying around 75th St. It is a great area, great beach, great restaurants. As for the property, the front door to the building and entry way could use some work to be more inviting and secure, but once you are in it is great as everything is brand new and great. (This is the beginning of April 2026.) While there is parking as mentioned in other reviews all the signs say 4 hours max. While I never got a ticket, it was always on my mind. (Probably a me issue.)

The place was extremely clean and everything was in place as stated, but we ran into a problem with our bath towels, noticing that it had a human hair in between some of the tiles, other than that, it was an amazing stay
