This hotel was a lifesaving place of refuge for us during the hurricane. Staff was very helpful, efficient, and friendly during a difficult time and we appreciate how hard the employees worked to make everyone feel safe and welcome. Rooms immaculate with small kitchen and nice comfortable bed. Excellent water pressure shower/tub, good parking with proper drainage, free coffee /tea and affordable rates.

We had the most amazing stay! We were there for about 5 days. Isaiah and the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was neat, clean, and well kept. I traveled with my husband, kids, mom, and niece. If we are ever in FT Walton again we will definitely be staying here!

This was a quick getaway for us. It was perfect, close to everything. It was for my daughter's sixth birthday. Was able to go to the beach, which was only a 15 minutes away. Also, Carlos was a great help. Thank you so much for everything. 🌴❤️☀️🙏

The room was very clean and for the price it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They can use an extra person to check in during holidays. My check in lasted at least 30+ minutes. There are key pads to get to elevators and rooms. Overall, id go back. It's off the beaten path but close enough to drive.

Property clean! No iron or hair dryer; Had to return soiled towels in order to receive fresh towels.

2/10 Poor

The staff was super nice and friendly.. but the beds was hard and the hallways was super noisy.. they need better beds and beddings cause they really don’t have a blanket it’s a throw

The room was great for the money: very clean and loved that it a full size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. The only thing the room was missing was a hairdryer ( not a huge deal) but I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have one and I don’t bring one. The water pressure wasn’t great so not good for washing off sandy bodies but other than those 2 very small things it was great. We knew it didn’t have a pool when we booked it so I cannot complain about that at all.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and had small kitchenette. However, if you wanted to use it or needed plates/silverware... etc you would have to purchase them at the front desk. It was easier to go to Wal-Mart to get paper plates. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They were very nice and understanding when we told them about bringing in our dog without notice. The cost was $10 per day per animal. I would recommend this Hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

2/10 Poor

It was a very nice motel stay and very well kept so no complaints about that but the way we was treated just because of something happening , that was beyond our control. I attempted to clean the mess to the best of my ability but they refused to allow us to have any more towels to do so. Then they had the audacity to charge an additional fee of $300. In my opinion, the little mess that remained could have been handled by housekeeping.
