We stayed here for one night, as part of a road trip. Its perfectly located right facing The Land Of Legends theme park. The hotel itself is lovely and the contemporary theme flows throughout, it also has a fabulous pool. The hotel is quite new and not all the facilities were open but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

I booked this hotel a day before I was supposed to fly back home. It was a quick stop as it was directly opposite the Land of Legends which we wanted to visit. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and location was. The hotel was immaculate both in terms of how it looked and the facilities that were offered. The staff were really helpful and friendly and very accommodating. We were travelling with our 1 year old and within 5 minutes of settling in our room they brought a travel cot up for the baby without asking. Very helpful! Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room over looked the pool which was really clean and nice. The rooms were very modern with many amenities including a mini fridge and big smart TV. The hotel itself is directly opposite the Land of Legends and is a 5 minute walk away, which was really convenient, especially with a baby too. Highly recommended and I will definitely be booking again when I return!

Room wasn't cleared properly, found garbage in the fridge, mirror wasn't cleaned. Staff shouldn't ask for feedback at 23:45 during rest time. The whole building has drainage and air conditioning pipe condensation issue from workspace room, spa, gym, etc. Breakfast is good but has limited variety when looking at how many empty trays in place. Parking is tight. Other than those, room is spacious, sauna/steam room is great, convenient location

Les 2 derniers jours le ménage dans ma chambre était mal fait, miroir sale, pas d'aspirateur , lit à peine fait pour le prix je trouve que c'est dommage. Morgenmaden er fantastisk og personalet er så søde og professionelle. Ligger tæt på land of Legends men man skal desværre gå lidt udenom da man ikke kan gå over vejen ved hotellet. Ellers så ta en taxa hvis det er meget varmt.

Otel kötü değil ancak genel kalite, odalar ve atmosfer açısından Mercure markasının bende oluşturduğu beklentiyi tam olarak karşılamadı. Biz bu oteli ağırlıklı olarak The Land of Legends’a yakınlığı nedeniyle tercih ettik ve sadece gece konaklamak için kullandık. Bu amaçla bakıldığında konumu oldukça avantajlı ve ulaşım açısından çok pratik. Ancak genel otel deneyimi ve sunulan standartlar düşünüldüğünde fiyat/performans açısından çok iyi olduğunu söyleyemem. The Land of Legends’ı ziyaret edecek ve oteli yalnızca konaklama amacıyla kullanacak kişiler için ise konumu nedeniyle tercih edilebilir.

ilk giriş yaptığımız oda da bir önceki misafirlerden banyoda 2 tane vücut için kullanılmış jilet malzemeleri ve yerde de çeşitli dökülmüş kıllar mevcuttu. büyük rezillik. durumu hemen ilettik ve odayı temizlemeyi önerdiler ama oda temizlenmiş olmalıydı. odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik ve odamız değişti fakat oda değişiminde de bir alt kattaki odamıza valizlerimizi kendimiz taşıdık. bu durumu telafi etmek için herhangibir girişimleride olmadı. insan bir özür niyetine bir hareket bekliyor ama ne yazıkki tek dedikleri yeni bir oteliz olur böyle şeyler. ama bu durum yenilikle ilgili değil ne yazıkki. bunca zaman çeşitli kalitede otellerde kaldım böyle bir rezillik yaşamamıştım.

Giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen 15.45 de girebildik. Sabah 9.20 gibi de ne zmaan çıkacaksınız diye sorulmaya başlandı. Oda fena değil ama biraz abartı ücretlendirme. 2-3bin lik bir konfor ve temizlik. Akşam yemeğinde menüleri çok zayıf. Karşısında land of legand var oraya gidiniz akşam. Tek yorum, sıradan bir pansiyondan bir farlı yok.
